My Folder, or Citizen Folder It is an initiative of the Public Administrations that tries to simplify the relationship of citizens with the Administration, combining in a single space the information of the different procedures and procedures, and directing the responsible unit to continue with the management of them. Currently, citizen folder allows:
- Consult the status of the files of the following agencies:
- Ministry of Defence
- Tax Agency
- Ministry of the Presidency
- Directorate General of the Land Registry
- Ministry of Employment and Social Security (90% of procedures/formalities)
- Ministry of Justice (partially)
- Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport (formalities/procedures of Education and Culture and 40% of the procedures of the Higher Sports Council)
- Access to the offices of the Electronic Registry of Offices (REA) of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations
- Check the status of registered seats between Administrations
- Consult the personal data transmitted between Administrations
- Access to personal data held by the Administration. Currently the personal data are:
- Address
- University and non-university degrees from the Ministry of Education
- The demand for employment and unemployment benefits of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE)
- Urban and rustic real estate
