Institutions with special regulations

There is a set of entities created and regulated by special rules for different reasons:

• To ensure their independence in the supervision of markets or certain activities. Among them, the Bank of Spain, the National Securities Market Commission, the National Competition Commission.
• The special rules are due to the nature of the activities they carry out. For example: Social Security, the State Tax Administration Agency, the Cervantes Institute.
