The Webchat 060 is a web service channel free that allows you to obtain information and help about public services and procedures of the General Administration of the State.
Information and support can be requested through Webchat 060, but no administrative procedures can be carried out.
The conversations are attended by bot (that is, automatically) and, depending on the topic and the time, also by general agents.
- Automatic attention:
- Accessible on an uninterrupted schedule, 24 hours a day every day of the year.
- Attention per agent:
- From Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00 hours uninterrupted, except national holidays. During the month of August, the hours are reduced: from 9.00 to 15.00 hours uninterrupted.
- Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., except national holidays.
- Special Christmas Time: Days 24 and 31 of December, from 9.00 to 14.00 hours.
The webchat is operative for all browsers in official support period by its manufacturer.
