In the Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 Julythe general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State is established.
This regulation addresses issues such as: the evaluation of user satisfaction, service letters, complaints and suggestions, the evaluation of the quality of organizations, recognition programs, etc.
The actions carried out in these areas constitute elements of transparency and of commitment to quality in the provision of public services, and focus on increasing satisfaction of the citizens and users thereof.
