Declaration of Accessibility of the Public Employment App

The Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service – Directorate General of Public Governance is committed to making the Public Employment App mobile app accessible in accordance with the EU’s Public Employment App. Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices in the public sector.

This accessibility statement applies to the mobile app:

  • Public Employment App – v.3.0.1-snap for Android 7 operating system (API 24) or later.
  • Public Employment App – v.3.0.1 for iOS operating system 13.0 or later.

Situation of compliance

This application is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices of the public sector due to the exceptions and lack of conformity of the aspects indicated below.

Procedure of application

If once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, does not agree with the decision taken, or the response does not comply with the requirements of Article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a complaint. Likewise, a claim may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty working days has elapsed without having obtained a response.

The claim can be filed through the following complaint procedure, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/ 2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

That is, they can navigate without encountering difficulties in accessing this website and mobile applications.
