No personal data is collected through the electronic General Access Point without consent.

In no case will the aforementioned data be processed or transferred to third parties, except with the unequivocal consent of the affected party.

This privacy policy applies to the pages of this web portal, it is not guaranteed in the accesses through links to this site, nor to the links from this site to other websites.

Management of queries and requests made through the portal administració n.gob.es (PAGe) or via telephone (060), as well as all the management of possible users of the PAGe and of the applications and backoffice systems of the portal.

Identification data of citizens and representatives who are related to the General Administration of the State (AGE) and its dependent agencies through the PAGe or telephone 060.

Ministries and agencies dependent on them.

Not foreseen.

They will be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected. The provisions of the regulations on archives and documentation shall apply.

The security measures implemented correspond to those applied according to Annex II (Security Measures) of the Royal Decree 311/2022, 3 May, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, of limitation and opposition to its processing, as well as not be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, when applicable, by directing the person responsible for the treatment in person in any of the offices de la red de asistencia en materia de registros o de manera telemática a través de la electronic headquarters of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service.
