Electronic headquarters

It is the website where you can make procedures and procedures through the Internet.

For example, submit an application to request a grant.

Most of the time, you can access the electronic headquarters of a Public Administration through its internet portal.

Yes, the Administration helps people who have some difficulty in performing electronic procedures.

For example:

  • Older people.
  • People with disabilities.
  • People who do not have the means to access the Internet.

The Administration offers help of 2 types:

  • General

It involves teaching people how to use electronic media to do the management or processing they need.

The Administration gives this help to all people who ask for it.

It can be ordered in the offices, by phone or through the Internet.

  • Specific

If you need it, a person who works in the Administration does the procedure for you.

This is called assistance through an authorized official.

Persons who are obliged to interact with the Administration by electronic means are not entitled to this assistance.
