In no case its non-receipt may imply an interruption of deadlines in the processing of said procedure.
Summons to appear
The summons is a notification through which the interested party or interested parties are informed of a procedure to appear before public offices, indicating the place, date, time and object of the appearance, as well as the consequences of not appearing in the aforementioned premises.
Granting of the hearing procedure
It is the document through which the interested party or interested parties are notified in a procedure that has begun the hearing procedure. With this procedure, the interested party or interested parties have the possibility to examine, within a period that is legally determined, the procedure that is being carried out, in view of which they can formulate new claims or provide new documents that they consider important for the resolution that is issued at the time.
Agreement on the opening of the public information period
It is the document through which the interested party or interested parties in a procedure are notified of the decision of the competent body to open a period of public information to make known to any natural or legal person that this interested party the procedures of a procedure, for this purpose, a place a term and a schedule, during which the allegations that are deemed appropriate can be presented.
Agreement on the extension of time limits
It is a document through which the body competent in the processing of a procedure notifies the interested party or interested in the procedure that the deadlines that are legally established to resolve the same have been extended, provided that the rights of third parties are not prejudiced and the circumstances of the procedure so advise. This extension of time limits may be granted by the Administration on its own initiative or at the request of the interested parties.
There are two scenarios of enlargement:
An extension of deadlines that does not exceed half of those established by the applicable regulations. This extension may be granted ex officio by the Administration or at the request of the interested party and provided that the rights of third parties are not prejudiced.
An extension of time limits not exceeding the time limit initially established by the regulations applicable to the processing of a procedure. This extension is decided ex officio by the Administration in those cases in which the volume of requests made by the interested parties in a procedure prevents compliance with the deadlines provided for in the aforementioned procedure.
Emergency processing agreement
It is the document through which the body competent in the processing of a procedure agrees either ex officio or at the request of the interested party to reduce by half the legally established deadlines for the resolution of a procedure.
Accreditation of the notification
It is a diligence through which it is established that the notification has been made to the interested party or interested parties in the processing of a procedure of a certain act or acts. This document reflects, among other things, the means used to carry out the notification: fax, postal service, messenger, etc., as well as the circumstances that have occurred in the practice or not of the notification: whether the interested party, his representative, if the notification has been rejected, if the place of the notification is unknown, etc.
