It is the document by which an administrative procedure is initiated ex officio, for example: the agreement to initiate a sanctioning procedure. Proceedings are initiated ex officio in the following cases: when the competent body considers it appropriate on its own initiative, as a consequence of a higher order, by reasoned request of other bodies or by complaint. The document must also be notified to the potential interested parties.
Request for correction of defects in the request
It is the document through which the interested party is informed in a procedure that the application submitted does not meet all the requirements or does not accompany all the documents required in the corresponding regulations, so this incidence is notified in order to correct such deficiency within a certain period (10-15 days), since otherwise it is considered that it has withdrawn and the procedure would be archived, ending its processing.
Request for voluntary improvement of the request
This document can be used in those procedures that have been initiated at the request of the interested party, and in which the competent body appreciates that the request received can be modified or improved voluntarily by the interested party as it is considered convenient for the development of the procedure. For example, a procedure for granting a subsidy, initiated by an interested party who requests smaller amounts than those granted in the regulation of that procedure, so that this request could be modified or improved.
Agreement on the Adoption of Provisional Measures
These agreements are adopted in those administrative procedures in which it is desired, there being elements of judgment for this purpose, to ensure the effects of the resolution that is issued at the time and for this purpose the competent administrative body agrees on the appropriate provisional measures that will be in force during the duration of the procedure.
Agreement on the Accumulation of Proceedings
The accumulation of procedures occurs in those cases in which, whether these have been initiated ex officio or at the request of the interested party, it is detected that by having common elements, for example in the content of the procedure, they can be accumulated or joined so that their processing is carried out jointly.
Agreement on the simultaneous practice of procedures
It is the document through which the persons interested in a procedure are notified that several procedures of the procedure are going to be carried out in the same act, having among them a similar nature.
