Administrative information system
The Administrative Information System (SIA) is an IT application whose main function is to serve as a catalogue of information on administrative processing.
It includes administrative procedures and services intended for citizens, as well as those aimed at Public Administrations themselves.
SIA meets the obligation of Public Administrations to publish and keep updated on their websites, for information purposes, the lists of procedures within their area of responsibility ( Article 21.4 of Law 39/2015
, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations).
Information from SIA can be consulted by citizens through the General Electronic Access Point portal via the procedure search tool , which allows user to filter by subject area, scope, SIA code, etc.
