at any time and without limitations.

The Administrations have a specific form to make the majority of requests.

To be able to process your application properly, it must include:

  • Your name and surname or that of the person representing you.
  • The way you want to receive the response from the Administration.
  • You can give your email and your phone to the Administration to let you know
  • That you sent the answer.
  • What you request. It has to be very clear, remember to explain the reasons for your request.
  • The place and date when you submit your writing.
  • Your signature or something that proves that you are the one making the request.
  • The agency or Administration to which you send your letter and its identification code.

You can also include any document that you feel is of interest to your application if you wish.

  • The Registry Assistance Offices.

How to present

These offices have a schedule.

Applications and writings that have a specific form are submitted at the relevant ministry’s electronic headquarters.

There are requests and writings that do not have a specific form.

These applications can be filed in the Electronic Registry of the General Administration of the State.

You can also go to the Registration Assistance Offices and they will help you to submit your application in the Electronic Registry of the General Administration of the State or in the electronic headquarters of the Ministries.
