The Information Center and Business Creation Network (CIRCE) allows the electronic processing to establish and cease companies in Spain, their start-up, as well as processing the discharge or discharge in RETA (Special Regime of Self-Employed Workers), in a unified way as a business one-stop shop.
How does it work?
Through the Single Electronic Document (DUE), which unifies more than 25 administrative forms, the CIRCE system sends the data to all the administrations competent in the creation or cessation of a company or in the discharge and discharge in RETA (Special Regime of Self-Employed Workers), which will be carried out in a time range from 1 day to 10 days, depending on whether statutes and standardized deeds are used or not.
In this way, the person you want to undertake will no longer have to intervene, or go to any other administration or give their data again, except for the visit to the Notary.
