Information that I can find

With him aid finder You can access information related to the calls for help lines (aid/grant, scholarships or prizes)

The information is contained in the employment database of the Department of Transparency and Citizen Services of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service.

The data are for informational purposes only. It is advisable to consult, in the corresponding official publication, the bases of those specific calls that are of your interest, in order to avoid possible errors that may occur in the transcription and/or computation of deadlines.

How to use the search engine

The search engine has one quick search and one advanced search.

The advanced search can be accessed, from the quick search, by clicking on "More search options"

In neither case it is necessary to fill in all the fields. The search engine does not discriminate between upper case, lower case or accentuated words.

Fields in the quick search:

  • Search: Free text field in which you can search for any word.

Fields in the advanced search

The fields are as follows:

  • Geographical scope: Autonomous Community and Province. Geographical area for which the helpline is called. Ex. -The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport can call grants or scholarships for students of the City of Ceuta (Autonomous Area). The geographical scope of the aid would be Autonomic.

  • Date of publication (from / to): interval of dates on which the call for assistance has been published

  • Denomination: Denomination of the call for the help line.

  • Reference: A number that identifies a call. It is the one indicated as Rf in the bulletins of Open Calls and New Calls. Searches by this field are exact searches.

  • Type: Type of helpline: help/grant, scholarships or awards.

  • Subjects: Subject in which the helpline can be classified.
