What is an Empowerment?
An authorization is to give legal power to another person of your trust to represent you and to act on your behalf in procedures and relations with the Public Administrations.
What is the Electronic Record of Seizures?
The Electronic Registry of Powers of the General State Administration
It is an electronic register where the powers of the interested persons to act before the General Administration of the State are kept. We also call it REA-AGE.

How can an empowerment be registered?

There are 3 types:

What can a powerful person do online?

- Renounce empowerment.
- Accept endorsements.

Should the authorized person give his/her consent directly?
If the power person registers the power of attorney, the power person must then come forward to accept the power of attorney.
If the authorized person registers the authorization electronically, it is enough with the private document or power of attorney that the authorized person has already signed.
If the authorized person registers the authorization in person, it is enough to present the document “Annex IV of acceptance of empowerment.”
When does a power of attorney come into effect?
An Empowerment Enters in force When it is proven that the two people are satisfied.

How long is an authorization in force?
An empowerment cannot last more than 5 years.

Can I cancel an empowerment?
