Framework agreements
Framework agreements are used to determine the terms and conditions, in particular with regard to prices and quantities, to which contracts awarded during a given period must conform. They may be concluded by one or several public sector contracting authorities with one or several undertakings.
Dynamic purchasing systems
The dynamic purchasing system is a fully electronic process for the purchase of objectively defined categories of products, works or services. It has a limited and fixed duration and must be open throughout the period of validity to any interested undertaking that satisfies the selection criteria.
Electronic auctions
Electronic auctions may be used in open procedures, restricted procedures and competitive procedures with negotiation, provided that the contract specifications can be established with precision and that the services forming the subject matter of the contract are not intellectual in nature.
This is a repetitive electronic process, which follows an initial full evaluation of the tenders received, for submitting price improvements or new values relating to certain elements of the tenders that improve them as a whole.
