If you wish to make a change request, you can do so through the Digital Administration Services portal, preferably accessing through the Authenticated Access (if not possible, you may also access through the Unauthenticated Access), by clicking on "New ticket", filtering on the left by "Catalogs" – "DIR3", and selecting the corresponding request.
